Meet Kristina
I am the owner of Clinical Core Pilates, with over 10 years of experience working in a clinical setting. My approach combines the principles of Pilates with a deep understanding of posture, balance, and rehabilitation.
I am trained in STOTT Pilates including mat, reformer, chair, and advanced techniques. My background also includes prenatal and postpartum exercise, pelvic floor training, trauma-informed yoga, myofascial release, and lymphatic yoga.
I work with a wide range of clients including those recovering from injury or surgery, individuals with osteoporosis or spinal conditions, athletes, and older adults focused on maintaining strength and balance.
My goal is to provide individualized, thoughtful sessions that support long-term movement, strength, and confidence.
